Thursday and Friday were complete opposite days from one another. After being up for three days working on Fite Nite and school projects, I finally went to bed around 6am on Thursday. I had started feeling ill a couple of hours beforehand, but nothing too serious. When I awoke around 1pm, however, things were completely different… And the day was not comfortable to say the least. Turns out I had a 24hr virus or something of the like.

Friday dawned and I felt great, however. The night before was filled with tossing and turning, trying to fight to sleep, but the morning brought quick recovery. The weather cleared up and was beautiful as well, but the best part was that night I went out to dinner and a comedy show with my good friend Adrienne. We ate at Houston’s, saw my sister and friends who work there, then headed over to the Capital City comedy club to see Matt Sadler. I managed to reserve the absolute front-and-center table–best seat in the house by far–and the show was hilarious. Good food, great show, and wonderful company… What more could I ask for?

And today I blew off all my responsibilities and road around in the go-kart and chilled all day… Is summer here yet?
